Our Story
A family dedicated to quality and care
It all began with Gerald’s goal of preventing the leather seats in his brand-new car from cracking during the summer. After visiting the car care section of a nearby auto parts store, he realized the importance of maintaining his investment, inside and out. He started by washing his car weekly, soon joined by Alma and James. Neighbors, his carpool, and Alma’s and Gerald’s co-workers began noticing the family’s care and attention to detail to their cars.
Building on this, James, Alma, and Gerald began detailing vehicles for friends and family. They then completed their first certification course and invested in professional-grade chemicals and equipment.
In 2022, Gerald’s goal of preventing his leather seats from cracking became JAG’s Auto Detail.
Fun fact: The 2012 Hyundai Accent pictured above was Alma’s car and one of the first vehicles they learned to detail.

4th Grade Student
James enjoys helping in the family business and attends networking events with his parents. When not at the shop or in school, he can’t get enough of playing his Nintendo Switch, fishing, and building new LEGO creations.

Alma is our interior detailing specialist, committed to strict standards of cleanliness and organization. Outside of work, she loves cooking, going for walks, and spending time with family.

Gerald
Bachelor of Arts | Communication | Seattle Pacific University
Gerald directs day-to-day operations and specializes in exterior detailing, ensuring every vehicle meets the highest quality. In his off-hours, he enjoys community involvement, staying informed on current events, and spending time with loved ones.
